President Museveni in a stern radio message carried by Star FM and UBC TV, two government broadcasters yesterday warned that as he restored kingdoms, he could abolish them.

This kind of arrogant talk from our leaders will not bring about long lasting and peaceful solutions. We the people of Uganda must unite and search for ways to resolve this matter before more lives are lost, and we must not be afraid to look for the root cause of these riots. I believe that the issue at hand is more than just Buganda and its kingdom.
