Incident Report Description
+ add informationOriginal Report
One after another, riots sprung up like mushrooms and to a curious observer it appeared as if they were being controlled by one command centre, complete with a commander and the latest communication gadgets.
The numerous riots that paralysed Kampala City, its suburbs and other parts of Buganda last week – in protest against government’s decision to block Kabaka Ronald Mutebi from touring Bugerere, appeared to have been well planned and orchestrated.
